Full 12-month (or 24-month extended) warranty

All WETOPSTAR products come with full 12 months warranty. Registering your WETOPSTAR product on our website (WETOPSTAR.COM) entitles you to an extra 12 months warranty for FREE (this give you total of 24 months of warranty).

Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.

Refurbished Products Warranty

Refurbished or repaired units sold separately are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. Please note that extended warranty plans do not apply to refurbished products.

Warranty Period Start

The warranty period begins on the date of your original purchase (order date).
If your product is replaced during the warranty period, the replacement device will inherit the remaining warranty from the original purchase, and the warranty period will not restart.

Unauthorized reselling of WETOPSTAR products is strictly prohibited

We will provide the same high-quality technical assistance. If your product is ultimately determined to be defective and needs to be exchanged or refunded, please contact the dealer where you made the purchase. Our dealers will handle the exchange or refund.

If I bought the product from an unauthorized third-party dealer, what should I do if I have issue with the product?

We recommend you return the product for a refund and then purchase from an authorized dealer.

Does this Warranty cover any other liabilities?

WETOPSTAR assumes no liability for any car accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall WETOPSTAR be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts.

(2) In connection with the use of the Service as provided free of charge, WETOPSTAR assumes no liability for any loss or damage unless breaching the privacy policy.

(3) IN NO EVENT SHALL WETOPSTAR's LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT EXCEED THE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION OR LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY.
